I’m Rachel, founder of Sunshine Luxury Balloons, proudly serving Columbia, Lexington, Blythewood, Elgin and surrounding South Carolina communities. Since 2023, I’ve specialized in balloon arches, garlands, walls, and custom designs for weddings, birthdays, baby showers, graduations, and corporate events. My journey began with a Super Bowl party and quickly grew into a passion-driven business creating unforgettable celebrations.
My Story
In 2023, what started as decorating for a Super Bowl party turned into my calling. That first balloon design earned so many compliments that it sparked a business idea — and with my husband’s encouragement, Sunshine Luxury Balloons was born.

While building this business, my husband and I were navigating a 7-year infertility journey. Baby showers quickly became my favorite events to design, because creating joy for expecting families brought me joy and comfort during a difficult season.

Then came our miracle: just days after leaving an IVF consultation, we found out we were expecting our first child — naturally. That blessing gave us a renewed sense of purpose and inspired us to grow Sunshine Luxury Balloons with even more love and dedication.
